Lord Xan'ti Zalre

Another original character for my dragon universe. Xan'ti is a prince of the Black Dragon coven (that imposes being called 'Lord' as it sounds less 'flowery' to him); he has abilities as a rogue and serves his coven as an ambassador. He's cunning and simply confusing to try and get an understanding of- particularly since he seems to be half mad a large majority of the time. His profile is in progress but I'll link it ASAP!
