Princess Nampei Karkuno

An original character for my dragon universe. Nampei is a princess of the Blue Dragon coven; she has the abilities of a spellthief and serves her people as an ambassador. She's clever and charming but almost manipulative and unpredictable like the water her people are associated with. With her psychic abilities she reads the minds of people and uses what she learns to coerce them to her own benefit, but ultimately means well with her intentions.
